If you have a coordinator, we follow their lead. If you don't, we'll send a lead captain to run the floor.

Do you handle full weddings?
Staffing yes — bar, service, and cleanup. For ceremony coordination and design, we partner with planners we love.
How far out should we book?
Peak Saturdays (May-October) book 4-6 months out. Off-peak weekends often have availability inside 2 weeks.
Do you travel?
Throughout the Bay Area and Wine Country. Napa, Sonoma, Half Moon Bay, and Marin are all standard service areas.
